Fraser Suites, Queensgate

Baxter Studio designed and coordinated the complete refurbishment of Fraser Suites, Queensgate, which is made up of seven Edwardian townhouses in Kensington in London. The ground floor was extensively reworked to create a more welcoming, practical space with a new reception area, meeting room and bar. The layouts of many of the 105 apartments were also altered to create more spacious rooms and a floor plan which is easier for guests to navigate. Alongside interior designers, Maxwell Green, our team created calm, airy spaces while maintaining the historic features of the building.
